Joseph L. Genzano is an Associate of the firm who brings an in-depth level of expertise in the areas of collections, commercial litigation and copyright infringement.

Mr. Genzano has more than 15 years of extensive experience in commercial transactions, real estate and litigation, including pleading preparation, pre-trial discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations and enforcment of judgments. He has played a key role in the development of our copyright infringement practice, with particular attention to the cable industry.

Joseph L. Genzano has also been involved in the firm's general practice legal areas including real property transactions, business transactions, Bankruptcy/Client Protection proceedings, foreclosures and landlord/tenant issues. While attending law school, he interned with the United States Attorney, Southern District of New York.
