Our Firm

The partnership of Elhilow & Maiocchi, LLP had at its beginning the individual firms of Anthony J. Maiocchi and of Joseph M. Elhilow, each of which provided client legal services within specialized practice areas.

The Law Office of Anthony J. Maiocchi was founded in Westchester County in 1983 with client emphasis in the practice areas of Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Collections, Business and Corporate legal services and Wills, Estates and Trusts. The firm developed its reputation with an emphasis on relevant case research, situation analysis and planning strategy and in developing creative solutions to meet client-specific needs.

A native of Brooklyn, New York, Joseph M. Elhilow, has focused his expertise on serving clients in the New York metropolitan area. He entered private practice in 1982, after extensive experience as a trial attorney in the Kings County District Attorney's Office. With a strong trial and litigation background, his firm offered in-depth services in Criminal Defense and Litigation, Personal Injury and also in the area of Real Estate.

In 1995, in order to better utilize the specific talents of our attorneys and staff and to leverage newly emerging technologic resources, the firms joined forces, creating the partnership of Elhilow & Maiocchi, LLP. Our current firm makeup comprises four attorneys and a specialized support staff.
