Joseph M. Elhilow and Anthony J.Maiocchi have been serving clients in meeting their real estate needs for more than twenty-five years. Our attorneys have extensive experience in all aspects of real estate activity including residential and commercial negotiations, sales and purchases and dealing with ever-changing regulatory environments and zoning requirements. Our clients are diverse and include numerous local business entities as well as individual residential clients. We also represent banking institutions in handling aspects of real estate financing.
In order to provide our clients with the best possible service, we monitor market and economic fluctuations and the concurrent changes that occur in financing arrangements, interest rates and property values and assessments. Further, our real estate practice requires us to constantly monitor state, county and local legislative changes in order to assure client compliance with regulations and zoning requirements. Our attorneys are also involved at the community and state level in order to keep abreast of changes and to maintain a hands-on approach in assisting clients with decision making efforts throughout negotiations. Both Anthony Maiocchi and Joseph Genzano have been members of their local planning boards. Anthony Maiocchi holds a Masters of Urban Planning from New York University and is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Land Title Association.
